For Beer Thursday this week, we are excited to have Stu, our Nashville Area Ambassador from Brooklyn Brewery, in the store to taste you through their beers.

Brooklyn Brewery makes beer. Good beer. Not only does it taste good and make your meal better but we like to think that since its founding in 1988 Brooklyn Brewery has brewed flavorful beers that enrich the life, tradition and culture of the communities it serves. Its award-winning roster of year-round, seasonal and specialty beers have gained the Brewery notoriety as one of the top craft beer producers in the world.

Ballade Sauvignon Colombard
(Gascogne, France)
The wine is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Colombard. A fresh and lively dry white wine with an incredible balance between minerality and acidity. The nose is fresh with fragrances of lemon curd and white flowers, and its flavor profile is dominated by shimmering creamy citrus notes, crisp acidity and a cleansing finish.

In Fine Rose
(France)
This wine is 85% Grenache and 15%Syrah. A bright pink color and a nose packed with berries (strawberries, blackberries) for this wine, whose palate confirms the aromas revealed by the nose. A well balanced wine with a good aromatic persistence.

Requiem Cabernet Sauvignon
(Columbia Valley, Washington)
This very distinguished, super stylish Cabernet Sauvignon was grown biodynamically in Washington's Columbia Valley. Densely layered and quite substantial in the mouth, this bottling delivers generous blackberry and black currant fruit, wrapped around a vibrant core of acidity which keeps the wine pert and lively on the palate. The fruit for this bottling was sourced from 4 vineyard sites in Walla Walla and Horse Heaven Hills.
